Edmond Comeau, 83, of the Salvation Army Home at Saint John and formerly of Memramcook East, died Thursday.
Born in Shemogue, he was a son of the late Phillip and Margaret (LeBlanc) Comeau. He was a veteran of the First and Second World Wars and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Memramcook branch.
He is survived by three brothers, Tilmon, River Glade, Alex, Amherst, N.S., and Arthur, Michigan.
The body was at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass was held today from Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
